After high temperature sintering, high pressure molding, the product has high strength and high density. It remains intact under high strength of load. No deformation or fracture. Hephaes’ tiles of 30mm can bear a load of up to 90 tons. The decking paved with the tiles of 30mm thickness can be built as a fire chanel.

Mold and moss resistant makes it easy to clean. Hephaes’ products are an inhospitable surface for any form of vegetative growth.

By using new technology, different from previous glaze, Hephaes add unique materials to give the surface irregular concave and convex felling with textures. The feature ensures its slip-resistance. The anti-slip level of Hephaes’ slabs reached R13. The technology promises its safety level while remains its beauty.

Water absorbtion rate < 0.1%. Higher stability with double zero standard, which determines their technical perfomance and makes them unable to damage caused by low temperature.

After high temperature sintering of 1300℃, with high pressure of forming, keeps it stability and crack-resistance.

The consistancy of the embryo body and the surface keeps tiles’ chromatic stability. Through colored tiles remain unchanged overtime.
